Terms of service
Last updated 25 September 2026
Agreement
These terms govern access to and use of Buziness OS, operated by Buziness OS ("we"). Creating a workspace, or being added to one, means you accept them on behalf of yourself and, if you're signing up for an organization, on behalf of that organization.
The service
Buziness OS is a subscription workspace for sourcing, outreach, calling, meetings and campaign reporting. Plans, seat minimums and included usage (verified emails, calling minutes, etc.) are as described on our Pricing page or in your order form. We may adjust included usage or add new modules over time; we'll tell you about changes that affect your plan.
Your account and workspace
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the account details you give us and for keeping login credentials confidential.
- A workspace admin controls who is invited and what role they hold (admin, sales, marketing or read-only).
- You're responsible for the lawfulness of the data your workspace imports or sources, and for having a valid basis to contact the people in it — including compliance with India's DPDP Act and any applicable anti-spam and telemarketing rules.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Buziness OS to:
- Send unsolicited messages or calls to people who haven't consented to be contacted, or otherwise violate applicable consumer-protection or telecom regulations.
- Upload data you don't have the right to process, or use the product to build a competing service.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence stated at signup (typically annual, per seat), plus applicable GST. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing. We may suspend access for accounts more than 15 days past due, after notice.
Data ownership
You own the data you put into your workspace. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy. On termination, we'll make an export available for 30 days and then delete workspace data, unless a longer retention is required by law.
Third-party connections
Some modules connect to third-party platforms you authorize — for example Meta for ad performance, or a creator platform for creator collaborations. Those platforms' own terms apply to your use of them; we're not responsible for their availability or accuracy.
Warranty and liability
We provide Buziness OS on an "as available" basis and work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience at the end of the current billing term with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a material breach that isn't fixed within 15 days of notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu having exclusive jurisdiction.
Contact
Questions about these terms go to your Buziness OS account manager, or the admin of your workspace. Enterprise customers can request a negotiated Master Service Agreement — see Pricing.
