Privacy policy

Buziness OS ("we", "us") is built and operated in India. This policy explains what we collect through our marketing site and workspace product, why, and the choices you have.

From you, directly:

• Account details — name, work email, phone number and role when you sign up or are invited to a workspace.
• Billing details — company name, GST details and billing contact, handled by our payment processor.
• Support requests — anything you send us by email or in-app chat.

On your behalf, as our customer:

• Business contact data your team sources, enriches or imports — names, business emails, phone numbers, company and role.
• Outreach and call activity — messages sent, call recordings and transcripts, and meeting notes your workspace generates.
• Advertising performance data from connected accounts (for example Meta Ads) and creator-collaboration data from connected creator platforms.

Automatically, from your browser or device: IP address, device and browser type, and basic usage events (pages viewed, features used), collected to keep the product working and to improve it.

• To provide the workspace — sourcing, sequencing, calling, meeting notes and reporting are the product; they don't work without this data.
• To secure accounts and prevent abuse.
• To communicate with you about your account, and, where you've agreed, about product updates.
• To meet our accounting, tax and legal obligations as a GST-registered Indian company.

We use a small number of processors to run the product: our cloud hosting provider, our database provider, our telephony and email-delivery providers, and — where a workspace connects them — Meta and creator platforms on the customer's own authorization. We don't sell personal data, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

Production data is hosted on infrastructure located in India by default. Enterprise customers with a specific residency requirement should talk to us before onboarding — see Pricing.

We keep account and workspace data for as long as the account is active, plus a reasonable window afterward for legal, tax and backup purposes, then delete or anonymize it. A workspace admin can request deletion of their workspace's data at any time by writing to us.

• Access, correct or delete your account data by writing to us.
• Ask a workspace admin to remove a specific contact or lead sourced by their team.
• Opt out of product marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link.
